●Courses not eligible for cancellation
Please confirm the list of courses not eligible for cancellation.
●Handling of courses applied to be cancelled
Even if you apply to cancel a course, the credits for that course will still be counted toward your maximum number of registered credits, and you will not be able to add any new courses for that semester. In addition, the grades of the course you canceled is displayed as "Q" on the Grades Reference System, and you are not allowed to attend classes, take exams, or earn credits for that course. The course is not subject to GPA calculation, and neither the course name nor the grade will be written on the transcript.
●Application period for course cancellation
The application period varies depending on the semester the course is conducted. Please check the semester in which your enrolled courses are offered via the course registration status screen, etc. Please note that the application period for Spring semester 1 and Fall semester 1 courses (quarter-long courses offered in the first half of the semester) is earlier than other courses.
