Important Notes on the Grade Reference System
| These are important notices! |
1. Overview
In the Grade Reference System “Spring semester registered courses<Provisional version>”, which will be released on April 14 (Tue.), credit totals are calculated based on the provisionally registered courses before the course registration change period. Be sure to check the “April Course Registration Courses (Final Version)”, which will be released on April 21 (Tue.), to confirm the final credit calculation result.
2. Details
●For those who fall under the following categories, the credit calculation result (“Insufficient” or “Registered” credits) may change.
| ① |
Those who added, modified, or deleted registered courses in the course registration system during the course change period on April 16 (Thu.) and April 17 (Fri.). |
| ② |
Those who had error messages displayed on the course registration status screen. (※) |
| ※ |
In particular, students who encountered errors such as “Exceeding the maximum number of credits for all registered courses (N),” “Exceeding the maximum number of registered credits for university-wide liberal arts (Comprehensive courses) (Q),” or “Exceeding the maximum number of registered credits for specialized courses (O)” should note the following: Even if the Provisional Version of the credit summary shows “Number of Insufficient Credits = 0,” correcting the errors (i.e., deleting the excess registered courses) may result in a non-zero number appearing in the “Number of Insufficient Credits” field. Please be careful when checking (calculating) the number of credits required for graduation! |

Be sure to check the Final Version, which will be released on April 21 (Tue.)! |
